This also includes service information for all your major appliances so you will have a permanent, easy to find location for all your property records. There is also a service log that we will update regularly showing all past repairs and servicing. We also include tips that you can do to keep your property in the best condition possible. You certainly won't have to worry about the pre-purchase home inspection because you know that they won't uncover any major surprises.

After meeting with you to review your new personalized service binder, together we will set up a schedule for us to regularly return to perform the scheduled maintenance, and anything else that you may need, and remember, we won't be handing you a bill every time we leave.
