Included with most contracts are pre-paid labor hours that you can apply to any project you can think of. These contract hours can be rolled over to the next scheduled visit to complete your larger projects without having to pay anything additional. Our plans start at $49.95 per month and payments can be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card. We have several Home Maintenance plans to fit your budget and your property.
